As our hotel guest, by reading and signing your hotel registration you are agreeing to abide by all of our Hotel Policy/House Rules, terms and conditions, and procedures.

SALES AND CANCELATION POLICY
We thank you for your reservation. Please take note of our sales & cancellation policy:
All rates are in EUROS and do not include City Tax or Tourist Tax.
Prepayment of 30,00% is required for every booking. Pre-payment is possible via bank transfer or credit card charge. If the customer’s provided contact data is invalid or not active, the hotel is entitled to cancel the reservation. If the credit card information is incorrect or cannot be charged for some other reason, the hotel is entitled to cancel the reservation. If the reservation includes contact details, the hotel will inform the customer about this issue and ask for new credit card information.
The reservation will be held by midnight (24:00 h) on the arrival date. In the case of a no-show, we will apply a cancellation fee and charge 100% of the reservation value.
All regular reservations may be canceled 3 days before arrival with no charge. If reservations are canceled less than 3 days before the arrival date, your credit card may be charged the cancellation fee of 100.00% of the reservation value. Should you wish to cancel or modify an existing reservation, please contact our reservation office at the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org for any additional info. The hotel reserves the right to reject, cancel or modify reservations where it appears that the above contains or has resulted from a mistake or error.
QUIET HOURS: 11:00 p.m. to 8 a.m. If you become aware of a disruptive guest, please contact the Front Desk staff. Televisions, voices, or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times. Doors should be opened and closed quietly. No congregating or running in halls. VISITORS: Visitors must notify Front Desk upon their arrival. Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times. Visitors are not allowed to use guest amenities including breakfast or Spa before prior arrangements with the Front Desk. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitor at all times. COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST: Our breakfast is complimentary for registered guests only. Visitors may not join a registered guest for a free breakfast. Visitors may pay 18 euros per person for breakfast at the Front Desk or at the Restaurant. DO-NOT DISTURB AND ACCESS TO ROOMS: To provide all our guests with an exceptionally clean and safe hotel experience, we provide daily housekeeping. Our Housekeeping Staff will honor the sign on the door based on your needs. The Housekeeping Staff is required to enter the room at subsequent times to clean the room, check for safety, and verify the condition of the room. Management reserves the right to enter a room with a known status of not being disturbed for reasonable purposes, such as an emergency, housekeeping, maintenance, verifying that the room, its furnishings, and mechanical equipment are intact, or to address or prevent a violation of our Hotel Policy/House Rules. In the event of suspected illegal activity, management reserves the right to summon law enforcement to aid in eviction. Hotel Barjaktar is entirely a smoke-free hotel. Smoking is only allowed outside such balconies or open terraces. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Please review the type of room and its maximum capacity to fit your needs. Should you need special attention in this matter, please do not hesitate to ask at the front desk. If you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed, you will be asked to rent another guestroom for proper accommodations. LINEN CHANGING: Your comfort is very important to us. For guests staying multiples nights, bed linen is changed every third day or on request. Used towels are exchanged for fresh towels daily. Housekeeping will be happy to change your bed linens and make your beds each day if all personal items are removed. Please contact our Front Desk staff if you have any additional questions or concerns. LOST & FOUND POLICY: Guests should ensure that their hotel room door is properly secure at all times. Barjaktar Boutique Hotel management cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables left, lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings in guest rooms. FOUND ITEMS: Barjaktar Hotel is not responsible for any item left behind by a guest. However, any item, with the exception of perishable items, left behind by our guests and found after departure by Housekeeping will be collected, logged in, and kept in a secure location for collection by the owner for up to fourteen (14) days.FREE WiFi ACCESS: Access to our WiFi is free for our registered guests. The hotel WiFi access code is subject to change without notice. If you encounter any issues with your Wi-Fi access please contact our Front Desk. ILLNESS AND EPIDEMICS: The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodations to a guest arriving with a contagious disease. In cases where sickness occurs during the stay, please notify the Front Desk staff. In the case of serious sickness, you may be requested to receive appropriate health care from a nearby healthcare facility. During epidemics, we are entitled to employ precautionary measures within our judgment or as required by local authorities. We may charge you a room cleaning fee as we deem appropriate under the circumstances. DAMAGE AND/OR THEFT OF HOTEL PROPERTY: The hotel reserves the right to charge your credit card for any property damage caused.

However, being a publicly accessed site we can not be held responsible for the malfunctions caused by harmful components, viruses, and spyware on the internet. We urge you to protect your information and/or system by installing anti-virus protection software.
The user agrees that Hotel Barjaktar is not held responsible for any malfunctions caused by a disruption of the telephone and internet services, ISP, electronic or hardware problems, or failures of any kind.
Hotel Barjaktar is a public web service and thus subject to availability. We are therefore not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or commercial damages, including loss of profits – and resulting from use of this site or inability thereof.
Hotel Barjaktar reserves the right to modify any information in this document and will post the revised version on site.
